Create the copy while your list is available
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the complete text from the backup box and keep it in a note or document. It includes saved-title references and recorded checkpoints, not films or personal viewing accounts.
Restore in another browser
Open BobMovies in the destination browser, visit My List and paste the text into Restore backup. Choose Merge backup. Recognised titles are added; existing checkpoints in that browser are kept rather than silently replaced.
Read the result
The message reports how many titles and checkpoints were added. Unknown or invalid entries are skipped. A malformed backup produces an error instead of replacing your list. If the text was cut off during copying, return to the original complete copy and try again.
When to make another backup
Create a fresh copy before clearing site data, replacing a phone or changing browsers. Repeat after adding a useful set of recommendations. An older copy only remembers what existed when you created it.
A browser shortcut does not synchronise your list. The backup is the portable copy you control, while the normal list stays in the browser where you saved the titles.
